ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF YOUR PHYSICIAN THOROUGHLY THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS!
- BEGIN REDUCING YOUR CAFFEINE, MEAT, DAIRY, SUGAR AND GRAIN INTAKE
- INCREASE YOUR WATER INTAKE
- BEGIN A MILD EXERCISE PROGRAM IF YOU DON’T ALREADY ENJOY ONE, STIMULATING MASSAGES
- Low glycemic foods: sliced cucumber, squash, onions, broccoli, cauliflower & leafy greens. No starchy items like rice and dairy. Remember, the first rule is DON’T GO HUNGRY, so have as many green vegetables as you want.
- We also suggest preparing your support system. Let your loved ones know that you’re cleansing for the week, and explain to them what this entails. Having this support system on your side will be beneficial to not only keep you accountable, but provide encouragement for you as well.
- Many people have some fear around participating in a cleansing program for the first time, however, it’s been our experience that you will feel so amazing that you will remain consistent. You will definitely succeed as long as you follow requirements, guidelines and ask for support when needed. Have the belief and mental attitude that you will complete this transformation.
This program is designed for many different purposes, and each individual will experience unique results. Here are some guidelines, suggestions and encouragement to benefit fully from the program.
During these 3 – 21 days ( based on individual) Eat plant based as much as possible. Be assertive with kindness and challenge yourself to eat hydrating fruits and vegetables ( in season if possible). It’s been our experience that following this strategy produces the most results. In order to get the most out of your cleanse, Here are some suggestions:
1) DO NOT GO HUNGRY.
This process isn’t about depriving yourself, Finding and feeding your rhythm of quality foods, portion control and proper food combining that will nourish, support and restore you.
- Eat vegetables, especially greens
- Low Glycemic fruits (such as berries)
- We suggest having twice as many vegetables than fruit
Avoid these foods
- Nuts and Corn
- Wheat
- Refined Sugar
- Soy
- Dairy
- Eggs
- Processed and Packaged Foods/Meats
- Beans
2) DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!
Water is Essential! You should be drinking half your bodyweight in ounces just to stand still! Hydrating Foods and Fluids do not replace water. Replenishing water during cleansing and physical activity is mandatory. Also, including minerals to absorb on a cellular level.
3) KEEP MOVING
Especially your midsection. You can achieve this movement through activities such as stretching, walking, yoga, deep breathing or swimming. Exercising is one way of keeping impurities from becoming stagnant.
4) DOCUMENT YOUR PROGRESS.
This is just a suggestion, but I highly encourage it, especially during your first experience. This is a week of discovery and awareness. You will be discovering things about yourself, not only physically… however emotionally and mentally as well. You might recognize a level of impulsive, or emotional eating and cravings. I encourage you to document these discoveries. This is truly a journey that you are beginning and I want you to feel confident that we will support you through this process.The goal is to have a healthy relationship with food.

How to manage your stress:
Different techniques and approaches to release stress and relaxation to achieve graceful cleansing in order to have a breakthrough: Daily/Weekly devotion of fitness, meditation, aromatherapy, counseling, affirmations, encouraging support.
How to manage your time:
Each day of the week, Manage the moments of your emotions that matter, In order to contribute to your wellness strategy. Ask yourself: What is the next step utilizing your resources and tools to remain consistent!

Also, in the morning, before drinking or consuming anything else, squeeze a whole lemon in an 8 oz glass of water to stimulate the digestive system and gallbladder to create impurities to release.
